The first step is to choose the Decoration Plan that best suits your needs. To finalize and secure your date on our calendar, we’ll proceed with signing the service order and making the initial payment. From that point on, we’re your official team!
1. Selection and Reservation
Terms and Conditions

Applies to weddings and events in the city of Cartagena de Indias.

Applies to weddings with a guest count (including the bride and groom) of 15 to 50 people. If the number exceeds 51 people, a custom design and decoration quote will be provided.

Exotic or high-cost flowers incur an additional charge.

Requests for design and decoration beyond what is specified in the package will be quoted individually or may include additional charges depending on the items.

Furniture rental for the event is quoted separately, subject to availability.

Payment methods and other conditions will be provided at the time of booking and/or service confirmation.

Prices are net in Colombian pesos. Dollar amounts are for informational purposes only and subject to the exchange rate at the time of payment.

A security deposit is required in addition to the plan price and is refundable. The security deposit amount varies by decoration plan and will be specified at the time of the quote, along with the terms and conditions for its use.

Each package includes decoration staff for setup and disassembly, covered by workers’ insurance (ARL).

Included transportation applies to the Historic Center and Bocagrande neighborhood. If the service is required for a location on Tierra Bomba Island or in the North Zone, an additional cost will be quoted.

Reservations must be made at least 20 days prior to the event.
