- Returns or exchange of product must be requested through the email info@marryincartagena.com, indicating the reason or nonconformity to make the return, quantity to return, photo of the current state of the product. We will respond in maximum 5 days the steps to follow and if applicable return of the product.
- Returns are accepted up to 5 days after the product is delivered to the customer, after that date no returns will be accepted.
- In case of applying money refund for returning a product, it will be applied to the buyer's bank account only, does not apply to third parties.
- The cost of transportation by a national or international courier service company has an additional cost. It is not included. The value of the shipment is determined by the courier company according to the weight, volume, dimensions, quantity of the package or merchandise, and delivery address. This cost will be informed to the client according to the order placed for the additional payment of the same.
- Pick up at MIC place. We have the option to claim in our store located in Cartagena de Indias. To claim you must indicate order number and identification of the buyer.
